Camp Creek

This new and fully appointed amenity, sprawling over 12+ acres, will have something for everyone inside and out. Camp Creek is designed to provide an ongoing sense of discovery which fits right in with the established active lifestyle at North River Ranch. It will start with the NRR Trailhead where you can prep for your next adventure. Then head toward Camp Creek Clubhouse, a 4,859 sq. ft. vintage inspired main gathering and social building, with café, individual workspaces, fun and relaxation spaces at the Nest, that extend to the outdoor living. More fun abounds right next door in the Outpost Activity Center. The 1,634 sq. ft. game room and screened in porch is the ideal place for a casual hang-out, challenge neighbors to foosball, card night or ping pong. Find Headwaters Swim Center to cool off, splash into the Plunge Pool from Lookout Springs, the double loop slide. Continue the exercise and outdoor activities at the pickleball courts, bike pump park & challenge course. Other cool features such as the Big Meadow and the Great Lawn for picnicking, kite-flying or toss a ball, and the Perch where you can find some shade to read and relax. These are just the beginning of the adventure at this exciting new addition to North River Ranch. We’ve even added electric vehicle charging stations and more Bike Share stations to the plan. Plus the Bike Pump Park and PickleBall coming 2024! Stay tuned for updates on social or our e-newsletter, but you have to follow us or  sign up. Site construction is are well underway with the Outpost Activity Center planned for a 2024 opening.

The Greenways & Trails

Designed by Avid Trails and spanning the entire length of North River Ranch, The Greenway is the main walkway connecting the neighborhoods and will wind through the natural landscape of North River Ranch, much like a cool green river. As it loops in and out of the community, it will link to an interconnecting trail system extending to 26 miles or more. The Trailhead Stations will be your launch point for numerous trail loops complete with mile markers and fitness trackers so you can monitor your distance and speed, plan routes, personal challenges and so much more. The different trailhead loops offer diverse hard and soft surface terrains, from four to ten feet in width. Run, walk, hop or bike. It’s up to you!

Brightwood Pavilion

Explore the 4,100 square-foot clubhouse. Take a dip in the resort-style pool or swim a lap or two. Reinvent your outdoor workout at the Avid FitPod or take advantage of the latest strength and conditioning equipment in the Fitness Center. It’s all fun and games with a screened game room complete with foosball, ping-pong, billiards and shuffleboard tables, plus an event lawn with multi-purpose playing field courts. Turn the kids loose on the playground. Bask poolside with a cool drink. Join other families around the Gathering Table to share a meal and make new memories. Come evening, gather round the Firepit for laughter, drinks and conversation. Or just gaze up at Florida’s starry skies.

Riverfield Verandah

Soak up some sun in a relaxing lounge chair pool-side or cool yourself from the gently lapping water from the pool sun-shelfs. Enjoy the shade in our covered patio and outdoor living room area, the perfect, natural extension of your own indoor and outdoor living room. Or hit the Avid FitStations for a quick workout. It’s all part of the Riverfield Verandah, complete with an 1,800+ square-foot covered patio area for entertaining, parties and al fresco dining. Its informal, casual charm makes it the ideal spot to watch the big game, catch up with friends or simply relax.

Avid Fit

North River Ranch is a community that will move you – literally. Multiple outdoor Avid Fitness Stations will make working out feel like a day in the park. Push yourself on our pro-designed Bike Challenge Loop, monitor your trail experience, or simply explore the neighborhood, hidden pocket parks and peaceful open green spaces. No bike? No problem! Just visit our grab-and-go Bike Share at the Welcome Hub outside the Brightwood Pavilion to get pedaling. Use the app to book your wheels and take in all the fresh air as you explore the community. Expect to be captivated by what you find.

Begin an endless sense of adventure, learning, and being good to yourself at the NRR Trailhead. This scenic, multi-faceted experience is where you can discover facts about the North River Ranch community and lifestyle as a whole, the native landscaping, and Florida wildlife. It also has fun and easy ideas to inspire you to connect with your neighbors for a true sense of community. There are great places to stay active, chill out, or do a mix of both along the way. Even your pup will love playdates in the fresh air at our 2.5-acre Dash’s Bark Park, which is separated for big dogs and little dogs. Bike Share

Over 100 bikes and several bike stations will ultimately be available to explore the models, the Greenway, and community amenities.

HOW CAN I USE THE BIKE SHARE?
It’s as easy as pedaling. Download the Movatic app and follow the instructions. Please note, you will be required to return the bike(s) to a designated station/rack. So, please be kind and plan your ride to start and finish at one of the stations. There are a few areas of North River Ranch inaccessible to the Bike Share bikes. The app will provide all the information you need to enjoy your ride.
