We chose Parrish, Florida, for the location for the master-planned community North River Ranch because it embodies a small-town atmosphere that’s friendly and thriving. Everything is close to home, including plenty of outdoor recreation and plenty of beaches. Popular spots include Bradenton Beach for fishing, Siesta Beach for its white sand coastline and activities, and Manatee Beach’s warm waters, playground, and picnic areas. Coming soon is the multi-million dollar Parrish Community Park to listen to concerts in the park and enjoy fun in the sun at the splash pad. Plenty of shopping is also near these new homes for sale in Parrish, including Costco, Target, and The Mall at University Town Center.
