Publix & Market Walk Now Open at North River Ranch

Publix, the top-ranking leader in the super market industry and Florida’s #1 choice for food shopping, anchors Market Walk at North River Ranch, the community’s first major commercial retail development. Unlike typical inline retail design, the Publix at Market Walk is a free-standing 48,387-square feet store with an open courtyard design and other free-standing retailers on the surrounding parcels. Publix also features a separate liquor store and a drive-through pharmacy window, bringing the total to 50,487 square feet. The food retailer has recently broken ground and will be followed by a selection of additional tenants, to be announced soon, who will bring diversified services to Market Walk.

HCA FLORIDA NORTH RIVER RANCH EMERGENCY COMING TO HEALTH-ORIENTED CENTER

It’s official! HCA Florida Healthcare is bringing a 13,950 square foot Emergency center to North River Ranch! Convenient healthcare and wellness will be just a short walk or bike from your new home at North River Ranch. The center, planned for spring 2025, will feature a 24/7 physician, 11 trauma rooms, CT, scan, X-ray and lab services. You can read more about it here.

As one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers, they will give residents of North River Ranch, Parrish, and surrounding North Manatee County unparalleled access to top healthcare. The new 150+-bed hospital, acute care and other medical services will follow. The HCA Florida Healthcare hospital and buildings housing 125,000 square feet of medical offices will be focused on preventive care and will reside next to fitness, restaurants, entertainment, and other retail businesses at the Village Center. There will also be residential options in the mixed-use layout of the entire new area.
