Brightwood Pavilion Pool

Located next to the 4,100 square-foot clubhouse. Families can bask poolside, take a dip in the resort-style pool or swim a lap or two.

Hours: Dawn to Dusk

General Policies:

• No lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk
• Children under sixteen (16) years of age must always be directly supervised by a Parent, Guardian or Adult Patron while in the pool facility.
• Guest Policy: Patrons sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) years of age are permitted to bring one (1) Guest each. That Guest must be sixteen (16) years of age or older and have proper identification to verify age. A Family, as defined in these policies, is limited to a maximum of six (6) total Guests.
• Dogs and all other pets (except for Service Animals) are not permitted at the Clubhouse Facilities or pools.
• Open containers or glass are not permitted at any of the Amenity Facilities. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area, unless a pre-programmed community event.
• Portable Wi-Fi speakers, radios, tape players, CD players and MP3 players are not permitted unless they are personal units equipped with headphones.
