New Homebuyers are Flocking to North River Ranch

TWICE AS NICE:
First came Jackie, and then came Adrienne. Adrienne told us, “My long-time best friend Jackie bought a new home here first, and I decided to check out the community too. I had looked at other communities, but I really liked North River Ranch. My real estate agent was great and really worked within my budget.” Adrienne and Jackie both moved from Washington State and love the Florida weather. “It’s a lot sunnier here than in Seattle,” she joked. Her favorite things about her new home are the view of the pond, living on the same street as Jackie, and the North River Ranch Wine Group. “I love the people in this group! They are phenomenal.
