Meet the Carello family. You can greet them with, “Hey ya’ll,” because they just moved from Georgia and we are honored they chose North River Ranch for their first Florida home.
Here is a little more info on what they love about the community.
Why did you choose to live at NRR?
We are a military family moving from Georgia to the Tampa area for work. We wanted to look at 7-10 communities in the area. We were looking at a neighboring community when our Realtor mentioned North River Ranch was brand new and just down the street. Driving into the community the landscaping is breathtaking and it felt like we were going into a [beautiful] retreat.
Deidre loves the outdoors and the many trails, amenities and activities grabbed her attention. Their daughter Ava Rose is 2 years old and the playground and pool are perfect for her and she knew this was the place for her family.
What do you like best about NRR?
Family oriented community, more families are moving in and we enjoy the social aspect because we only have one child. We feel North River Ranch is a [good] place to live.
What would they tell someone who is looking at the community to buy a home?
We’ve had about 6 people drive by our house and stop me when I’m outside and ask how we like living here. We love it and look forward to what is to come. There is so much being developed, that within the next 2-3 years it’s going to be an amazing place to live. The developer really cares about the community, everything they put here and its residents.
Tell us about the convenience to get to shops, supermarket etc. from North River Ranch?
The beautiful Publix about 3 miles down the road, North River Ranch is super convenient to the interstate and that helps with the commute to Tampa and St. Pete.
If you had one thing to say about NRR what would it be?
The amenities, the community, the people and the staff are awesome, super friendly and are always asking how we are and always walking around making sure everything is ok at the amenity center and in the community.
