Next Phases of Development at North River Ranch

Parrish, Fla. (June 7, 2021) – Neal Land & Neighborhoods, a Manatee and Sarasota-based master-planned community developer, announces the continuation of development its flagship community, North River Ranch, with the launch of new homesites in Brightwood and a third neighborhood, Wildleaf.

The remainder of homesites, the final 230 lots, for the Brightwood neighborhood will be released to home builders in the third quarter of 2021. All builders currently active at Brightwood will gain additional lots to construct new single-family homes. Builders include Homes by WestBay, KB Home, Park Square Homes and new builder partner Pulte Homes.

North River Ranch currently includes two neighborhoods with active sales, Brightwood and Riverfield. A third neighborhood, Wildleaf, is now in the early development stages. The new neighborhood will bring 382 homesites to the Parrish master-planned community.

Current Wildleaf development plans call for a mix of villas and single-family homes from Neal Communities. A launch date for sales and pricing will be announced in the coming months.
