Outdoor Adventures
Step outside and embrace Florida living with activities that make every day feel refreshing and fun. You can indulge in some “me” time with a relaxing scenic walk along the community’s miles of trails, learn about our natural and native plants along the miles of trails at North River Ranch, or take a romantic date night selfie at sunset. Enjoy simple pleasures like putting playing cards between your bike spokes and riding along with friends, packing a picnic basket full of your favorite goodies and enjoying time outside to hit your restart button, or playing a game of catch at our multiple lawns. Families love to celebrate a mini family reunion at one of the many parks, creating easy moments of connection.
Community & Social Connections
NRR is known for its welcoming, friendly, and connected vibe. Start by joining an NRR Club or having a progressive dinner with your neighbors. Spread positivity by giving out a compliment a day to fellow residents, asking your neighbors if you can pick up their groceries from Market Walk, or catching up with family at the fire pit. Make memories when you invite friends for an NRR FunDay, host a cookie exchange to share family recipes, plan a block party and make neighbors into lifelong friends, or create a scrapbook of your first year in your new home. Families also love opportunities to volunteer at the elementary school and join us in our local charity work — it’s an instant way to feel good. This is truly a community where relationships thrive.
