There’s Ryan, his wife Krista, and their three boys — each with their own personalities. North River Ranch is a beautiful place for families to raise happy and healthy kids.
Our new homeowners flock here from all over the country. “We are originally from Ohio, about 20 minutes east of Cleveland. We were looking at places to move because it just got too cold up north to enjoy it anymore. Both of our parents moved down here two years after one another. That’s when we decided that moving to Florida would check a lot of our boxes.” Being close to family is important. Now, the Lose Family is only a short drive away from their parents, making getting together much easier. And their folks love visiting them in their new home at North River Ranch. There’s so much to do here, and everyone is always welcome.
A lot has changed for people over the last two years. “When the pandemic hit, it allowed us to reevaluate our situation and what we want in life. We thought, why vacation a week or two out of the year when we can move to Florida and treat every day like a vacation?! When we were looking at a place to settle down, we had many wants and needs. Some communities didn’t have everything we wanted. A new community was a big selling factor for us. We have a young family, and we were hoping that most of our neighbors would be in the same stage of life. In early March, we sold our house and were in Florida at North River Ranch by June. We haven’t looked back since.”
Life at North River Ranch feels like an endless vacation by design with a beautiful and scenic community, warm atmosphere, plenty of trails, and of course, active amenities already in place. “It’s hard to pick one,” said Ryan when asked what his family’s favorite amenities are at North River Ranch. “As far as amenities go, we love them all — but what makes it special are our amazing neighbors. We’ve made some great friends since moving into North River Ranch only a few months ago. The fire pits are a much-needed relaxation spot to watch sunsets over the pond. The pool is perfect for cooling off and having fun with the kids during the summer months. We go to the clubhouse and play games together. The park with pick-up sports is also a good time. I love the workout center and the bikes to ride around the community. We can’t wait for the new bike trails! The fun community events are a great way to meet our neighbors, and it’s awesome that they have events just for the kids, too.”
Good news! There’s more fun coming in 2022 with even more amenities. “The best part has yet to come when the town village is up and running. It’s going to be nice to walk over there with friends and family and hang out and enjoy the neighborhood. I love the vision for what North River Ranch is bringing to life. Knowing that our children are making life-long friends here warms our hearts.”
