Me & You for 2022! What’s coming to North River Ranch next year
Hats off to everyone for a great 2021! It’s so exciting to see our community become home to so many wonderful people, whether they are locals, former snowbirds, or people looking to live with more fun in the sun. It’s been an absolute joy to see everyone settle into their new homes and watch our beautiful community come to life. Our amenities are really coming along, too. This year, we opened Riverfield Verandah. Riverfield is a “one-stop-shop” with a sparkling, resort-inspired swimming pool, a 1,800 sq. ft. covered patio area, and Avid FitStations along the Greenway. We love having something for everyone here. Enjoy a swim, throw an impromptu gathering, or relax and catch up with the neighbors. At North River Ranch, we can’t wait for 2022! There’s so much coming your way.
When it comes to amenities, there can never be too much fun! So, in 2022, our first 9 miles of trails will be complete with designs for the remaining 15 +/- finalized. Plus, plans for our central amenity will be unveiled. This new amenity will be overflowing with indoor and outdoor activity, gathering areas, fun spaces, and much more! We anticipate announcements for the future Village Center and grocery-anchored New Market.
That’s not all.
Ready to find a new home at North River Ranch? New models from Pulte Homes are scheduled to open in early 2022. Quick Move-in homes are underway. And, a brand-new neighborhood, Wildleaf, will be joining our 2 existing neighborhoods, Brightwood and Riverfield. Soon, construction will start on new single-family homes and villas at Wildleaf from acclaimed local builders, including Neal Communities. You’re going to love this harmonious and scenic neighborhood with winding streets, cul-de-sacs, and water and conservation views. The Greenway, pathways, and trails intersect the streets and lead you to neighboring Brightwood. Now, even more people will be able to call North River Ranch their new hometown.
