Meet the Preston Family. They moved to Tampa from Orlando about 3 years ago to find a relaxing place to live without all of the tourist season traffic. Like all Floridians, they love the beach and wanted to be closer to it. They also wanted a place where they could put down some roots, have plenty of room, be closer to family and friends and stay active outside.

Why did you choose to live at NRR?
We found the location to be a perfect midway point between downtown Tampa, St. Pete Beach, and Sarasota. The layout and amenities of the community itself are what pushed us over the edge. We believe the value of purchasing in the beginning stages of a community like this is a no-brainer.
What do you like best about NRR?
We really like the people that live here the best. Everyone is so friendly, and the community activities are super fun. As more homes are completed, we think it will get even better.
What would they tell someone who is looking at the community to buy a home?
We’d tell them to go to see Nick first, (lol), since he works for a home builder here — Park Square Homes. If you’re looking for a community of people that want to have fun, make friends, and enjoy life, North River Ranch is the place for you.
Tell us about the convenience to get to shops, supermarkets, etc. from North River Ranch?
The quick ride over to Publix is super convenient, but once the new commercial sites are complete, we will never have to leave. Being able to bike everywhere is very appealing to us and having the schools so close is awesome.
If you had one thing to say about NRR what would it be?
It may seem a little out of the way now, but it’s going to be the neighborhood everyone wants to live in within the next couple of years. That’s why we got in early.
